We, Kenko Tokina Co., Ltd. (KT) Japan, are pleased to announce that we have signed the Business Agreement with Ricoh Imaging Company, Ltd. (RIM), Japan and Ricoh Imaging Americas Corporation (RIAC), U.S.
In this agreement we entrust sales and marketing of Kenko brand products (except some products) in the U.S. market to RIM and RIAC, and appoint RIAC as a distributor of Kenko brand products in the U.S. market effective from October 1, 2023.
We are assured that "Kenko", the top Japanese brand of lens filters and photo accessories, and "Ricoh" and "Pentax", who are prestigiously well-known for their camera and imaging products, and who have some of the most dedicated and enthusiastic fans in the photographic world, will collaborate in marketing and distribution to synergistically penetrate the U.S. market.
We start our collaboration with the products below and will increase the product lineup step by step so that we promise to bring more and more attractive KENKO products in U.S. dealers through RIAC.
