New release of Kenko Black Mist No.1 N and Black Mist No.05 N filters
Kenko Tokina Co., Ltd. is glad to announce a new Black Mist No.1 N and Black Mist No.05 N filters.
The packages of Kenko Black Mist No.05 and No.1 have been renewed and released as Black Mist No.05 N and Black Mist No.1 N.
The filter effect remains the same, but a water- and oil-repellent coating has been added, and the frame has been made thinner.
Black Mist is a soft filter with an ultra-fine black diffusion material sandwiched between optical glass. It suppresses the contrast between highlights and shadows, creates a soft rendering, and produces a unique glow around light sources. The appeal of Black Mist is that it allows you to achieve a cinematic atmosphere right at the moment of shooting, without any retouching.
Black Mist No.05 N has half the soft effect of Black Mist No.1 N.
* "N" is added to the end of the product name to distinguish it from the previous packaging. The filter effect is the same as the previous "Black Mist No.05" and "Black Mist No.1", so the "N" at the end may be omitted in effect descriptions and logos. There is no "N" marking on the product itself.
