One (1) Year International Limited Warranty
The Limited Warranty set forth below is provided by Kenko Tokina Co., Ltd. and applies to Kenko binoculars purchased from an authorized Kenko dealer or distributor.
This Limited Warranty is effective only upon presentation of valid proof of purchase.
Kenko binoculars are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of original purchase.
Products covered by this Limited Warranty will be repaired or replaced, at the discretion of Kenko Tokina, without charge for parts and labor.
When requesting warranty service, proof of purchase together with a description of the problem should be provided.
This warranty covers all defects encountered during normal use of the product and does not apply in the following cases:
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, mishandling, negligence, accident, or failure to follow the operating instructions.
- Damage resulting from water, sand, fire, natural disasters, improper storage, or other external causes.
- Products that have been serviced, modified, disassembled, or repaired by persons other than the Kenko Tokina service center or an authorized Kenko distributor.
- Damage or malfunction resulting from the use of incompatible accessories or other supplies.
- This warranty does not apply to batteries.
- Damage resulting during shipment (claims must be presented to and examined by the carrier).
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
Except as expressly stated herein, no other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, shall apply to this product to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Kenko Tokina shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use this product.
