Neatly star-shaped light
When capturing light with regular cross filters, particularly clustering light sources like holidays illuminations, light rays may turn out excessively long, resulting in a too heavy effect on the final image. Developed with a different and unique manufacturing method, Kenko PRO1D R-Twinkle Star (W) filter can shape light even from strong light sources into more neatly shaped, cartoon-like twinkling stars.
Rotating frame
Unlike regular cross filters, Kenko PRO1D R-Twinkle Star (W) filter is equipped with a frontal rotating frame.
By rotating the frame on the + or x symbols, you can change the inclination of the light cross, from straight to slightly tilt, for a more creative effect.
Delicate soft effect
In daylight scenarios, Kenko PRO1D R-Twinkle Star (W) filter can be also used to get a delicate soft effect when taking portraits or capturing nature, landscapes, and more. Its soft effect can be further intensified if shooting with tele lenses. On round bokeh, it will result in a neat pattern, for a most unique effect.
